Photography professional and microstocker Yanik Chauvin has posted the first part of what looks to be a great two part series detailing his microstock workflow.

"my-workflow-from-a-to-z-part-1"

He highlights a couple of things which i've written about before, notably keeping a folder of stock ideas taken from other agencies to inspire new work. I guess it's less synchronicity and more that 'stock ideas' is such an obvious name that we both chose the same folder title, Yanik goes on to describe categorising them into different styles.

Yanik also has some tips if you are shooting models, how to get them for free and manage them properly. Most of my work is table top and landscape / commercial so I don't get much change to write tips on 'handling' your models. I've also restricted this blog to tips submitting images, there are plenty of photography websites out there with photography tips.
