- Providing something (information, images, news) with the intent that it be distributed to a wider audience. Online this mostly comprises of RSS feeds, although can also be articles which are uploaded to a syndication service. For microstock this term is used to refer to the redistribution of images for the purpose of sales by a 3rd party.
